OUR STORY
Before RelyAssets, there was Antuko: fifteen years of Chilean market intelligence and three business lines built and sold. In 2025, that heritage became the foundation of a platform now developing, building and operating BESS across four markets.
Antuko is founded in Chile and grows into a trusted market advisor across five countries, building and exiting three business units to global industry leaders.
Pivots fully to greenfield BESS development, exiting two more projects, this time in green hydrogen and battery storage.
Meanwhile, in 2024, RelyAssets is incorporated in Spain, launching BESS development in Europe with the opening of two key markets: Italy and Poland.
RelyAssets acquires a strategic stake in Antuko, bringing its 15-year heritage into a single platform, and together, they open the Mexican market.
RelyAssets and Antuko merge into a single company, creating a global BESS IPP, and break ground on their first projects, in Chile and Poland.

Ten years at Société Générale before founding Antuko. Fifteen years leading energy trading, forecasting and asset management across Latin America.
